For published circuits, 3–6 months is comfortable. For Starlight Festival, Shakira at Giza, ARGY and the 2027 eclipse, book as soon as you can — hotels and event tickets fill early. Off-season Egypt can often be arranged with a few weeks’ notice.
Yes. Published circuits and events can be reserved on the site. For a tailor-made trip or an agreed deposit, we send a secure payment link with the exact amount.
No. We require comprehensive medical cover including emergency evacuation; it is not in the trip price. Check cancellation, missed domestic flights, and adventure sports if you balloon or dive. Keep proof of cover before you fly — see the travel-insurance page.
Unless stated on the itinerary, international flights are not included. Domestic flights, Nile cruises, transfers, hotels and listed visits are included as described on each page.
Many circuits and excursions work well with children — pacing and hotels can be adjusted. Some evening events (for example ARGY) have an age limit. Tell us ages when you enquire.
Yes. Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, the Red Sea and event stays are often combined in one journey. We handle the logistics so the days connect calmly.
You apply for the visa yourself (e-visa or on arrival, depending on nationality). We send a reminder with your confirmation. Yellow fever vaccination is required only if you arrive from an endemic country. Drink bottled water, start temple days early in summer, and carry regular medicines in original packaging. We do not stack every temple into one day. Cairo gets the museum and Giza as separate mornings; Luxor is split East Bank and West Bank; Aswan is slower (Philae, felucca). Internal flights and cruise embarkation days are left honest, not padded with extra ruins. Tell us what you care about and we cut or add from the published day-by-day.
